Terms of Service — ScreenFramed

1. Account terms

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ScreenFramed. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secret, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@screenframed.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
One person or legal entity may maintain more than one account, but you may not share accounts.

You agree not to use ScreenFramed to capture, render, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that targets pages you are not authorised to access.
You will not use the service to circumvent rate limits, scrape personal data in violation of applicable law, attack third-party sites, or evade our anti-abuse systems.
We may suspend, throttle, or terminate any account that violates these rules or that puts the service or its users at risk.

Your inputs — you retain all rights in the URLs, screenshots, brand assets, and other content you submit. You grant ScreenFramed a worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Generated images — subject to your payment of applicable fees and your compliance with these Terms, you own the rendered images produced by ScreenFramed from your inputs and may use them for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise. ScreenFramed claims no ownership over output you generate.
Our platform — the ScreenFramed software, APIs, designs, presets, templates, and brand are owned by ScreenFramed and protected by intellectual property laws.

Paid plans and credit packs are billed in advance through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits expire according to the plan they were purchased under and do not carry indefinite cash value.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice for active subscribers.

We work hard to keep ScreenFramed fast and available, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScreenFramed disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to ScreenFramed in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You may cancel your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
